| This addition and interior alteration included a complete home retrofit and smart home wiring package. Wiedemann Architectural opened the back of the house with over-height doors and windows and connected the home to the new pool deck and patios. A link from the exterior to a new sunken patio was designed to bring in natural light to what was a very dark lower level. A new granite and stainless kitchen overlooks the sunken family room and pool and is also functionally connected to the mud-room and rear porch. Other architectural features include a reclaimed Mexican fireplace, a new custom concrete fireplace, stained glass, coffers and built-ins made of exotic wood. |
