| This project 5,000 sq. ft. West Coast Craftsman home was much more of a total rebuild than a renovation. In order to maximize the views zoning advantages offered under the Civic Renovations Program a portion of this house was retained but the remainder is new from the foundations on up. Craftsmanship and quality design is evident throughout this home from the millwork, coffers and bracket work through to the cast exterior fire pit, groin vaulted wine cellar and custom concrete edging over natural stone walls. Ecological sustainability has been assured with the inclusion of a geothermal heating system that takes this home off of the thermal grid. |
