| This 500 sq. ft. open plan addition and interior alteration was design to create a transparent connection from the interior to the terraced rear yard. A new pool, hot tub, rear terraces in acid etched concrete, and fire pit were added to create outdoor rooms that are visually and functionally connected giving the rear yard a resort appeal. The renovation features large window and French doors that open onto the vaulted family room and upper floor loft. The lower level was remodeled to provide a gym, sauna and wet room. Other interior alterations include an new master ensuite, featuring Carrara marble and seamless glass enclosures. |
